Lawrence Krauss is an American-Canadian theoretical physicist and cosmologist who has taught at Arizona State University, Yale University, & Case Western Reserve University. He founded the Origins Project, to investigate fundamental questions about the universe.
Krauss is an advocate for public understanding of science, public policy based on sound empirical data and science education. An anti-theist, Krauss seeks to reduce the influence of what he regards as superstition and religious dogma in popular culture.
Krauss is the author of several bestselling books, including A Universe from Nothing: Why There is Something Rather than Nothing (2012) and The Greatest Story Ever Told—So Far: Why Are We Here? (2017).
With this design, I had a lot of ideas to work with. As a follower of Krauss’ work, I wanted to convey his sense of fun, love of science & anti-theism all in one simple design.
Working with Lawrence on this design was an absolute joy. My thanks, as always, goes to the Substack team for making the connection possible & to Lawrence Krauss for his incredible kindness & generosity.1
